“Ben’s love affair with trial advocacy has been ongoing for a decade, yet the passion still burns as hot as ever. Nowadays, he’s directing that energy and skill toward doing everything in his power to facilitate the best outcomes for our clients.

Ben received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina, where he honed his analytical prowess and earned a paid fellowship for his academic excellence. He’d tell you his time outside of class was far more formative though, which he spent leading the mock trial team as captain and president at competitions around the country, while directing an educational program on legal advocacy and leadership during summers.

Law school called Ben back to his native northern Virginia, where he attended George Mason University. While there, he was recognized as the school’s Best Oral Advocate and competed twice in the quarterfinals of the National Trial Competition.

In his free time, Ben enjoys reading, watching football, and playing strategy games, pickup basketball/soccer, or bar trivia. Depending on the season, his ideal weekend is spent golfing or skiing with his significant other Kristina. However, if you joined them, you wouldn’t see many birdies or black diamonds, as both activities are just an excuse to spend time in the beautiful outdoors while focused on a challenge!”
