Before earning her law degree, Kathleen worked as a paralegal, where she gained firsthand experience in the mechanics of litigation and the importance of strategic case preparation. This early experience informs her pragmatic approach to every matter she handles, giving her a clear understanding of litigation from initial investigation through trial.

For nine years, Kathleen honed her skills at a plaintiff-focused personal injury litigation practice, zealously representing clients in a wide range of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Her background includes every aspect of the litigation process — from drafting pleadings and motion practice to negotiating settlements and trying cases before juries.
