Andrew is an associate specializing in insurance coverage litigation, primarily first party breach of contract and bad faith claims, as well as a wide variety of property damage cases including construction defects and negligence.
While in law school, Andrew interned with the Honorable Glynnis D. Hill of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, gaining valuable insight into how judges approach issues. He then represented defendants as a certified legal intern at the City of Philadelphia Law Department, obtaining summary judgments in favor of the City in tort cases. At Temple, he excelled in the school’s renowned trial advocacy courses. At graduation, he was awarded the Milton C. Sharp Memorial Award for earning the highest grades in Land Use law among his class.
Since his second year of law school, he has been dedicated to advocating for the rights of plaintiffs at Wheeler, DiUlio & Barnabei, first as a law clerk and now as an attorney.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys listening to his record collection and running along the Schuylkill River Trail.
