Courtney Rodgers is an associate with the firm. She works on complex insurance litigation matters ranging from property damage disputes to car accidents and slip and falls. While in the office, Courtney conducts legal research, drafts discovery responses and motions, and prepares our files for litigation. She also shines outside of the office where she handles arbitrations and municipal court hearings, fighting for the rights of our clients against Insurance Companies.
Courtney graduated from the University of Delaware in 2012 with dual degrees in psychology and criminal justice where she was named to the Dean’s List [and was a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority]. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
While there, she completed her co-op placement with Spector Gadon & Rosen. Prior to joining the firm Courtney/Ms. Rodgers was a clerk at Banks Law and a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Marlene Lachman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Courtney has done pro bono through the Marshall Brennan Program and recently received an award for outstanding pro bono service from the First Judicial District.
When she is not hard at work on motions or fighting in court, she is exploring the Philadelphia food and music scene.
